KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 31 (Bernama) -- BRANDSTARS has announced the winners of the 2019 Korea Representative Brand for each industry in Korea.
According to a statement today, they include the Galaxy series by Samsung Electronics (for smartphone), Hyundai’s Genesis (car), LG PuriCare (air purifier), Bacchus (restorative drink), Agabang (infant clothing), Korean boy band BTS (entertainment), Amorepacific’s Sulwhasoo (K-beauty) and GDS clinic (dermatology/plastic surgery).
Meanwhile, for Korean food, Paris Baguette, Lotteria, Bibigo, Binggrae banana milk, Ottogi Jin ramen, Samyang Food Buldak ramen and Baunenajugomtang (beef bone soup) were selected.
The BRANDSTARS selection committee picks candidates and assesses them based on press reports, consumer evaluation and accomplishments to decide the brands in Korea providing best quality and best service.
